We try to keep our camper order process pretty simple:

• Create an account on the website.
• Navigate over to the camper desired
• Select your options
• Place the order.

We require a 10% non-refundable down payment to confirm an order and assign a production slot

To change an existing order, especially for a camper or conversion, please notify us in writing, via email, rather than by phone or voicemail.

Please include with any order specific request:

• Name used to place the order
• Order Number
• Questions, changes or clarifications needed.

Hello I would like to change my order and add a rack system

Ursa Minor will respond by email and confirm the change was made if possible.

Some change requests may not be accepted, or may incur additional costs or delays. For any change with increased costs or delay we will confirm this with the customer before proceeding

• If production has reached a certain stage a change may not be feasible or require significant re-work
• If the change will delay completion, the ship day or installation will move, and future dates may be restricted due to other customer commitments
• If a change is within the production window, we will update the total price up or down based on the change.
